We just wanted to write and thank everyone who knew and cared for. Who would have thought when she arrived that she would still be there nearly six years later! It is a testament to your skill and loving care that made her life with you so comfortable and content.

I would like to thank you all at Herons Park Nursing Home for what you have done for my mum. I know mum was only with you at the rest home in Worcester for 4 days but I could see I made the right choice for mum. A special thanks to the nurse in charge on the Sunday mum died, you were so kind to both mum and myself.
