A new residential care home for 30 elderly people on a mature location

Royal Bay Care Homes has announced the commencement of the construction of a new Retirement Home on the Claremont site at Fontwell, near Arundel in West Sussex. Completion is expected in early 2008.

The Care Home will accommodate around 30 elderly residential clients in luxury single en suite rooms. Co located with the new Claremont Gardens close care retirement cottages, the new care home will integrate the needs of a wide range of retired and elderly people to form a new community.
