We are often looking for the following positions:

Home Manager

Reporting to: Company Directors

Job Purpose: To manage in a professional manner the day to day running of the home’s administration, clinical policies and procedures, training and care planning. To implement working practices that monitors the health and welfare of the home’s service users and staff and their respective environments. To promote quality care within a warm friendly ambience.

Deputy Manager

Reporting to: Registered Manager

Job Purpose: To manage in a professional manner the day to day running of the home’s administration, clinical policies and procedures, training and care planning. To implement working practices that monitors the health and welfare of the home’s service users and staff and their respective environments. To promote quality care within a warm friendly ambience.

Registered Nurses

Reporting to: Registered Manager / Deputy Manager

Job Purpose: To take responsibility with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to secure and sustain the home for the service users, promote a caring environment through high standards of professional practice conducive to the physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of the service users. To assist the Management to ensure that each service user receives the first class care appropriate to his or her individual needs. To support and teach staff and to maintain a safe working environment. To deputise for the Management team in their absence.
