Royal Bay Care Homes COVID-19 Update
Royal Bay Care Homes are treating the current COVID-19 outbreak with the highest level of concern and the health, safety and wellbeing of our residents is of paramount importance. In light of the ongoing situation each of our retirement homes in Dorset, West Sussex, Northamptonshire and Worcestershire are currently operating under the following Government advice:
- In an effort to minimise the risk of transmission, our visiting policy has been reviewed and anybody who has suspected COVID-19 or is generally unwell are being asked not to visit
- Ensure there is an emphasis on good hand hygiene, especially for visitors
- Contractors onsite kept to a minimum
- Consideration given to the wellbeing of residents and the positive impact seeing friends & family can result in
Given that current circumstances can be fast-changing we are reviewing these measures daily and any further Government advice will be adhered to. We appreciate the support and understanding during these difficult times. If you have any questions or concerns about any of our care homes please contact the relevant Home Manager.
