Royal Bay Care Homes - CQC rated 'Good' In All Areas
All of us at Royal Bay Care Homes are still cheering that all of our seven Care Homes across the four different counties are currently rated by the CQC 'Good' in all areas.
It has been a tough few months dealing with the pandemic but our great Registered Managers and their amazing team of staff have been working tirelessly to ensure the safety and comfort to all of our service users.
We have been comunicating with all the relevant local bodies, such as NHS England, CCGs (Clinical Commissioning Groups), Social Services and Local Authorities, plus our regular GP surgeries to continuously assess and maintain the high standards required successfull traverse the obstancles that Covid-19 has presented us with.
Currently we have zero cases of Covid 19 in any of our Dorset Homes, the same in our West Sussex Care Homes and no cases in our Nursing Home in Kidderminster or Kettering. Our Royal Bay residential care follows the best guidelines for PPE, infection control, Pre-admission procedures and regular testing of clients and staff.
